Las Vegas to Start Booking Restaurants
Fontainebleau Las Vegas opens on Dec. 13.
Fontainebleau Las Vegas has begun accepting reservations for dinners at restaurants ahead of its Dec. 13 opening. The resort ultimately has 36 restaurants and bars, with some expected to open in 2024.
The resort restaurant and bar collections include dining options from chefs and restaurant management partners, including Evan Funke, Martha Ito, David Grootman, David "Papi" Einhorn and Alan Yau.

The 67-story venue will feature 3,644 rooms and suites, 150,000 square feet of gaming space, 14,000 square feet of fitness center, and 55,000 square feet of lapis spa. Additional resort facilities will include 96,500 square feet of luxury retail, six acres of swimming pool, 550,000 square feet of custom indoor and outdoor meeting space, and upcoming LIV and LIV Beach experiences. 카지노사이트
